Refund and Returns Policy

At Tricore, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional
customer service. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a 30-
day return or exchange window for eligible items. If you receive a wrong size or defective
item, you may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, typically within 48 hours, your exchange will
be processed and shipped as per our shipping timelines. Refunds are issued within 7
business days to the original payment method, though it may take up to 10 working
days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. You will receive
an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Return Conditions & Exclusions
Returned items must be unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and in resellable condition,
along with the original packing slip. Shoes must have no scratches on the sole or upper.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or customized products, and
gift cards are final sale.
If you receive a wrong or defective product, you must report it within 2 working days
through our Contact Us page. Returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions
may be refused.

Return Shipping & Alteration Policy
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an
error on our part. For custom orders, our team reviews measurements based on height
and weight and may suggest adjustments for the best fit. If you proceed with your
original measurements and the final product does not fit, a minimal alteration fee may
apply. However, we offer one free alteration for custom orders, with customers
covering the shipping cost.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on custom orders as each piece is uniquely tailored to your
specifications. Since all details, including design, material, and accessories, are
chosen by you, custom items cannot be resold. Refunds for standard items will be
processed within 7 business days upon approval.
